Phase 1: Local-first permissioned alpha — shipping now (v1.0-alpha)​

  • AIA agents running locally with a bundled inference engine and governed RAG
  • A permissioned testnet between real nodes: signed, replay-protected, revocable messaging
  • The intelligence-economy loop end to end: neurolink grants → distributed computation → block-style verification → Proof of Intel → simulated-ASHA settlement
  • The two-traveler coordination demo: a coordinated outcome that beats the self-interested baseline with surplus-funded side payments
  • Automatic peer discovery via a company rendezvous directory (admission stays an owner decision) is the next milestone

Phase 2: Public Testnet (6 months)​

  • Open AIA agent beta to public participants
  • Deploy full smart contract suite on Polygon mainnet
  • Scale to 100+ validator nodes
  • Launch token distribution and staking mechanisms

Phase 3: Production Mainnet (12 months)​

  • Full production deployment with all features
  • Migration planning for custom Layer 1
  • Implement advanced privacy features (homomorphic encryption)
  • Scale to global user base (1M+ agents)

Phase 4: Custom Layer 1 Migration (ongoing)​

  • Deploy SENEX Intelligent Chain
  • Proof-of-Contribution consensus implementation
  • Enhanced AI-optimized blockchain features
  • Complete decentralization of governance
