SENEX Intelligent Chain

Complete System Documentation

Status — what ships today vs. the vision

This documentation describes the full SENEX architecture and its roadmap. Shipping today (v1.0-alpha): local-first AIA agents, a permissioned testnet between real nodes, and a working intelligence-economy loop — Proof of Data + Proof of Computation fusing into Proof of Intel, with contribution-weighted rewards. The cryptographic privacy stack described later (differential privacy, secure multi-party computation, zero-knowledge proofs) is the target design and active research, not a current guarantee. There is no live token — ASHA accounting is simulated — and the AGI posture stays candidate, never implemented.

Executive Summary

SENEX Intelligent Chain is a privacy-first intelligence economy: local AI agents that keep your data on your device, share governed memory paths as neurolinks, and earn for the data and computation they actually contribute. Contribution is proven, independently verified by every participating node, and fairly rewarded — turning isolated assistants into a network that grows more capable together without surrendering individual data sovereignty.

What makes it different

  • Proof of Intel — a contribution's Proof of Data and Proof of Computation fuse into a single verifiable record that decides each participant's reward share.
  • Neurolinks — governed, revocable grants over your data paths; raw locators and raw data never leave your device.
  • Block-style verification — every node independently recomputes each iteration and seals a hash-chained record before anything settles.
  • Coordination surplus — when participants coordinate (the canonical two-traveler routing example), the network reaches an outcome that beats the self-interested baseline, and the surplus funds side payments so no one ends up worse off.
  • Honest by construction — capability and token claims stay gated behind real evidence.
